Who is Sizo Gugushe?
Sizo Gugushe is an entrepreneur and software developer from Lesotho. He is the founder of Futnor LLC, a company registered in the United States that builds automation tools for small businesses, and the creator of Client Engine Reply, a WhatsApp AI assistant that answers customers and books appointments.
He started working at 19 as co-founder, marketing lead and software developer of Fooddrop LS. Since then he has grown a marketing agency into a fully online company, taught himself copywriting and customer acquisition through thousands of cold messages, and turned those skills into software other businesses can use.

Fooddrop LS
His first job was one he helped create. Sizo co-founded Fooddrop LS, the first independent private delivery company in Lesotho, and ran its marketing and software.

Futnor Marketing
Using what he learned at Fooddrop, he started Futnor Marketing: Meta and Instagram adverts, posters and websites for businesses. He learned customer acquisition the hard way — cold DMs on Instagram — and that is where his copywriting was forged.

A virtual company that worked
Futnor Marketing became one of the first fully virtual companies in Lesotho to operate successfully, averaging five-figure revenue. Almost every client came from the USA and South Africa. At the time, very few Basotho businesses valued the internet — so he went where the customers were.

Futnor Marketing was rebranded to Futnor and registered as Futnor LLC in the USA. Sizo started automating his own work, which pointed him toward building products instead of selling hours.
