Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms cover Client Engine Reply, the WhatsApp assistant from Futnor, and this website. By using either, you agree to them. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

The service

Client Engine Reply is an AI assistant that answers your customers on your own WhatsApp number. It replies using the information you give us about your business: your services, prices, opening hours and policies. It can answer questions, quote the prices you have given it, and help customers make bookings.

Fees and payment

Client Engine Reply is a paid service, and every plan is free for the first 7 days. The plans, their prices and the monthly allowance each one includes are shown on our website and in your dashboard. The allowance is shown as an approximate number of customers a month; it is used up by the replies your assistant writes, and replies to voice notes and photos use more of it than text replies. You can try any plan free for 7 days, once per business, with every add-on included, or pay for a plan straight away. The 7 days start counting when your WhatsApp is connected. We remind you before a trial ends. When it ends you pay to keep the plan; if you do not, your assistant is paused and your dashboard shows only the payment screen until you pay. You can cancel a trial at any time; your assistant is then switched off until you pay for a plan. Accounts opened before 8 October 2026 may still be on an earlier free plan, which is no longer offered to new accounts. Add-ons (such as appointment reminders) are paid a month at a time. You pay online by card (Visa or Mastercard) through our payment provider Stripe. A paid plan starts once your payment is confirmed. A plan paid by card renews automatically until you cancel, as set out under Paying by card below; other payments are one-off, and nothing else is taken from your card automatically unless you switch on one of the optional features below yourself. If a price changes, we tell you before the new price applies to you.

Changing plans. Moving up during a month costs the difference for the rest of that month. Moving down takes effect at the start of the next month.

First-month offer. While we are running it, a business that has never paid for a plan gets the discount shown at the time on its first month. An offer shown with a timer (on our advert page or in a pop-up) applies only to a business that signs up before that timer ends; it is one per business, it comes off the first paid month only, and the timer does not restart. It is instead of the free trial: a business takes the free trial or the timed offer, not both. It applies once per business, only to its first paid plan. We can change or end this offer at any time; a payment request you have already received keeps its amount.

Space for photos, videos and PDFs. Each plan includes space for the files your assistant sends to your customers. You can buy extra space; it lasts a month from payment and you can pay again to keep it. If extra space ends, nothing is deleted, but you cannot add new files until you are back within your space. Only upload files you have the right to share.

Yearly billing. You can pay for 12 months up front at the yearly discount shown at the time. During the year your monthly allowance refills on the 1st of every month; allowance you don't use in a month does not carry over. We email you about a week before your year ends. If you renew, the new year starts when the current one ends. If you don't, your assistant is paused when the year ends, until you pay for a plan.

Never run out (optional, off unless you switch it on). On a paid plan you can switch on Never run out in your dashboard. When your monthly allowance is nearly used up, we add the top-up you chose straight away so your assistant keeps answering, and send you a payment request for it. Please pay it within 7 days. There is never more than one unpaid automatic top-up at a time, and at most three in a month. You can switch it off at any time; a top-up already added is still yours to pay.

Saved payment method and automatic payments (optional, where available). Where our payment provider supports it, you can choose to save a payment method with them so you only enter your details once. If you do, and you switch on automatic payments, we may charge it for things you choose in the app (such as a plan, a renewal, an add-on or a Never run out top-up) without asking you to pay again each time. Your card or wallet details are kept by our payment provider, never by us. You can remove a saved payment method or switch automatic payments off at any time, and we tell you before a new price is charged.

Paying by card. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. When you pay for a plan by card, your plan is a subscription: your card is charged the price shown when you subscribe, and then again automatically every month (or every year, if you chose yearly) until you cancel. If you add a card during a free trial, it is charged for the first time when the trial ends, unless you cancel the trial before then. You can change your card, see your invoices or cancel at any time from Plan and top-ups in your dashboard; when you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. If a card payment fails we tell you and try again over the following days; if it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your assistant is paused until you pay for a plan. We tell you before a new price is charged. Moving up to a bigger plan charges your card the difference for the rest of the current period; moving down takes effect at your next renewal. Top-ups, extra space and add-ons paid by card are single payments and do not renew by themselves. If you already pay your plan by card, you can choose to put one of these on that saved card instead of typing your card in again; we ask you to confirm first. If you switch on Never run out while you pay by card, each automatic top-up is charged to your saved card and we tell you each time; you can switch it off at any time. When you pay for a top-up, extra space or an add-on by card, Stripe keeps that card on your account (we never see or store its number), so that a later one you approve, or Never run out if you switch it on, can be charged to it. Nothing is charged to a kept card without your yes. You can change that card from Plan and top-ups in your dashboard, or ask us to remove it.

Messages to your customers. Add-ons such as appointment reminders, review requests and Message all your customers send WhatsApp messages to your customers when you switch them on. Only use them for customers who are happy to hear from you, and respect anyone who asks you to stop (the assistant leaves out anyone who replies STOP). Meta may charge your WhatsApp account for some of these messages.

Ending the service

You can stop paying for a plan at any time, or delete your assistant or your account from your dashboard. When the service ends, we disconnect the assistant from your number and handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we ask of you

What the assistant will and won't do

The assistant is built never to invent a price, a policy or an answer it was not given, and to pass anything it cannot handle to you. Like any AI, it can still occasionally get something wrong, so it is not a substitute for your own judgement on anything important.

It does not give medical, legal or financial advice. If your business works in a regulated field, questions of that kind are passed to your team rather than answered by the assistant.

WhatsApp

The assistant connects to your existing WhatsApp account. WhatsApp sets its own rules and can limit or suspend any account at its discretion. We keep the assistant's sending well within safe limits to reduce that risk, but we cannot control or guarantee WhatsApp's decisions.

Availability

We aim to keep the assistant answering around the clock and monitor it for problems. Like any online service, it can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, outages at our providers, or problems with WhatsApp, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Futnor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or lost profit, arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

This website

You are welcome to use futnor.com and its live demo. Please don't try to overload it, break it, or use the demo for anything other than seeing how the assistant works.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions are welcome on WhatsApp at +266 5603 4542.
